About

Pew Pew Pals is a 2D space shooter where you battle through waves of asteroids and hostile UFOs. Navigate freely in space, dodge incoming threats, and use your trusty laser to blast everything in your path to survive as long as possible.

• Choose Your Pal: Pick your favorite character to pilot your ship.
• Scaling Difficulty: Every round gets harder, pushing your skills to the limit.
• Upgrade Your Ship: Collect money by destroying asteroids and UFOs, then spend it on powerful upgrades in the shop.
• Endless Challenge: How long can you survive? Compete for the highest score and total money collected.

This game uses a custom engine that is  early in development. It may struggle or not work depending on your PC.

"Mod" support

Modify game variables to play how you want! Running the game will put a "template.json" file next to the game exe. Duplicate that file, call it something else, then edit template.json with the name of the duplicated file. Changes in the duplicated file will show up in the game! Note: invalid JSON configuration will not crash the game, it'll just use the defaults.
